Never mind, I found the problem in the attached DpkgTerminalLog.gz, i.e.
`service epoptes start` fails if epoptes is already running.
To work around the problem, please run:
sudo service epoptes stop
sudo apt-get install -f
It'll be fixed in the next epoptes version.
