This has gone from bad to worse in 12.04

** Summary changed:

- The indicator created for vlc won't hide/unhide directly from  a  left click 
on icon

on icon, additionally in 12.04 most other controls don't work

** Description changed:

  A l. click does nothing, to hide or unhide one must do from the  drop down
  Even then it always says  " Hide VLC media player  in the taskbar" whether 
hidden or not

+ In 12.04 the next, previous & stop are now non-functional
  
  The systray icon does still work correctly in both area's  & is the
  better choice atm.
