if you let your computer unlocked available to people who want to steal
from you, you already "loose", they can easily access your email,
passwords in seahorse, copy your datas to an USB stick etc, it's not
increasing the number of password prompt "in session" that will protect
you or resolve anything, it will just increase user frustration in they
day to day work

Note that the dialog let you set settings it doesn't "makes it very easy
to know if someone has private files", it's not because you set up an
option or not that it says what files you have
