  When run from terminal additional information was given:
  
  (gnome-tweak-tool:4736): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema
  'org.gnome.shell.extensions.user-theme' is not installed
  
  When I disabled User Themes Shell extension in extensions.gnome.org I
  was able to run Tweak Tool normally.
  
- My system is Ubuntu Precise 12.04 installed at beta2 and fully updated
- afterwards. Gnome Tweak Tool version: 3.3.4-0ubuntu1
