Seems i have to manually enable "global hotkey" or "gnome-shortcuts" plugin.
This should be enabled by default and most definitely not get disabled during
upgrade.

** No longer affects: meta-gnome3 (Ubuntu)

** Description changed:

- Not sure what to file it against so ....
-
Since upgrading to 12.04 the media control keys (like play, stop, forward,
rewind) on my keyboard (logitech mx3000) no longer get passed through to
audacious.
Instead something resambling a "forbidden" symbol appears on the bottom of
the screen.
  Worked just fine in 11.10.
Still working with rhythmbox, so i guess gnome does not accept audacious as a
media player anymore?
