I move the translation domain to transmission-gtk as it's the .mo files
that are exported (the 0103_add_X_Ubuntu_specific_desktop_keys.patch
wasn't refresh when the upstream GETTEXT domain changed).
Also, I removed the -qt quicklist which can't be translated, and made the gtk
one translatable (built, checked and it's in the .pot file).
