Public bug reported:
Expected Result:
When you launch a session of Chromium the icon in the Unity Launcher should
have a white arrow to the left of it to show a Chromium instance is running and
when you click said icon it should switch to Chromium instead of opening a new
session of Chromium.
Actual Result: Chromium icon does not show existing chromium windows
running and clicking it has behavior inconsistent with other apps.
