Ben, It's OK if there is a delay. It's actually easy to take a screenshot. Just press the [print screen] key on your keyboard and within moments, you'll get a dialog box prompting you to save it. Then, you can attach it here or email it to me if you are not comfortable. Thanks for choosing Ubuntu.
