I am closing this report for a multitude of reasons.
1) I cannot confirm this. I was able to delete the default. You may have to
first add the new smtp server first and then delete the initial default smtp
server.
2) If this was an issue then, it has since been fixed, but I could not locate
any upstream reports that verified this.
3) Inactivity on this report.
