New cli-options:
-c, --include_cursor
Include cursor when taking a screenshot.
-C, --remove_cursor
Remove cursor when taking a screenshot.
There is already a testing package available:
udo add-apt-repository ppa:shutter-testing-team/ppa
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install shutter
