xorg-server 1.3 is now in gutsy, and I've merged xrandr in, so I think
this bug can be closed.
Note that input hotplugging is scheduled for xserver 1.4, which won't be
out for a few more months. So those issues should be entered as
separate bugs if someone hasn't already reported them.
