Thanks for response.The problem had been fix with the last updating of firfox 
on last month.
I don't know how you get the the point of "there is no Flash plugin 
installed",but I clearly remembered that the firfox said the adobe flash player 
plugin had been installed, and I could uninstall it or reinstall it 
successfully. It just couldn't work while browsing webpage.
It may not cost by firfox, but since the last updating ,adobe flash player now 
has been able to work,and I can find it in the firfox now.
At last , thanks for help.
