* Merge with Debian Unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
- Fix FTBFS, build-depend on python-dev.
* debian/control: adhere to DebianMaintainerField.
* debian/rules: include simple-patchsys.mk and install the desktop file.

* Apply patch from

to fix an UnboundLocalError that could happen under some circumstances.
