Public bug reported:

Use case: review 20 modified files, revert those that differ only in
added logging and/or whitespace.

0. Specify meld as the diff tool
1. select a file in the middle of the list
2. press Ctrl-B, invoking meld
3. decide that the changes that you see must not be committed
4. close meld

Expected: the file that you viewed is selected, so that you know what to revert
Actual: the selection is cleared; if you do not remember which file it was, you
cannot revert by guess and have to review the changes again.
