Unless the update is non-automatic (e.g. a backport), presenting the
ability to update the package from USC seems rather misleading to me. It
suggests that by not choosing to update it, you will keep the current
version, but that isn't correct. It's quite likely that Update Manager
will install the update a few days later, without you even realizing
what exactly is being updated.

Therefore, I think that while non-automatic updates should be offered in
the software item screen <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter
#multiple-versions>, automatic updates should not. So in this particular
case, there should just be a "Remove" button.
