Seems to work fine for me but I am not sure what exactly you mean with "click on column E":
When you have opened the dialog there will be likely be some items in the sort specification: column A, column B, column C etc. If you just "click on column E" there you haven't changed the sort specs so it will sort by column A, in case of a tie consider column B, etc If you want to sort only by column E you should either move E to the top or delete columns A to D from the sort specification. I don't see a bug here. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/975453 Title: gnumeric sort by column does not work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnumeric/+bug/975453/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
