Public bug reported:

Sometimes I like to right-click on a downloading torrent to see if high
priority files are finished downloading yet. The bug is that when I go
to check, it says all the files are 100% complete. It is currently
showing this on a torrent I'm downloading (100% all files) and less than
half of the torrent is finished. (Just a guess, but it might be related
to the torrent I'm downloading have almost zero sources. I would post
the torrent, but that might not be quite legal) I will write back with
more info if I can find some kind of pattern. Hopefully that helps.
