** Description changed:

  I am on Ubuntu 12.04 64bit updated to 14.4.2012.

With the kernel 3.2.x series ath9k driver got many additional stability,
but it is just not enough.

Under many connections the bandwidh of my wireless connection breaks
down <12bytes from 700kbit at maximum.

This is nearly a collaps of the wireless connection and should not be.

  Reproducing:

1.Go to http://software.opensuse.org/121/de and choose the torrent download
option for the openSUSE dvd.
  2.Start the torrent with transmission.
3.See your bandthwidh going down with increasing numbers of torrent peer
connections.(no neccessary datatransfer - only connection establishing).
