Please sync libbluray 1:0.2.2-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Upstream changelog suggests that there are small feature additions. Rest of the 
release is just bugfixes.

Testing done:
I have tested two bluray ISOs (containing unencrypted content) using VLC and 
XBMC after installing new version of libbluray. There was no regression seen.
