So, this crash is happening in code that doesn't exist in indicator-
datetime anymore. It was removed in http://bazaar.launchpad.net
/~indicator-applet-developers/indicator-datetime/trunk.0.4/revision/150
with mterry's patch to outsource that work to libtimezonemap.

I'm closing this bug because it's been fixed in the latest development
version of Ubuntu - Precise Pangolin.
