Public bug reported:

Not sure if this is a chromium issue, or nautilus, but the open file
dialogue does not remember sorting preferences.

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to a page that requires a file upload
- Click upload, the select file dialogue should display
- Sort the entries by last accessed
- Close the dialogue.
- Open the dialogue again.

Expected results
- The dialogue should retain the sorting preferences

Actual results
- The dialogue always sorts by name.
