Public bug reported:
When the Dash is opened, most of the tooltips that show when hovering
launcher icons become transparent and are hard to read. The only
exception seemingly is the Workspace Switcher launcher. I'm not sure if
they're supposed to go transparent like that, but at any rate the
appearance is inconsistent. See attached video.
