While this may not be a bug of overwhelming importance, perusal of the
forums shows that a respectable number of people try using this
software, particularly those coming over from Windows, and the ignoring
of the matter does little to prevent people from going away disgusted.
Since some did try to provide the necessary logs, and were ignored it
hardly encourages participation.
