Public bug reported:

It seems that lp:checkbox and the actual packages that land into the
precise PPA are out of sync. I have noticed it regarding a GTK test
progress bar patch. For instance:

Latest trunk (through bzr branch lp:checkbox):
- Changelog entry for old version 0.13.4 includes information about Aurelien
Gateau's progress bar patch
- Source has the GTK progress bar patch

Latest package (0.13.7) (through apt-get source checkbox):
- Changelog entry for old version 0.13.4 does not include info about Aurelien
Gateau's patch
- Changelog entry differs from the trunk version for old versions
- The source does not have the GTK progress bar patch, even though trunk has it
since (seemingly) 0.13.4

Probably that's not the only thing that's missing. Is this intended?

For unity testing, we'd need the progress bar. Usually we had to add it
manually through distro-patches. Theoretically we don't have to, since
trunk has it since 0.13.4 - but the package does not.
