there is a swap-partition and free memory. Today aptd crashed again, also screensaver and somthing called like "evolution alert system". I think there must be an other problem with the whole installation on this PC. Perhaps a new installation of 12.04 would be the better way, instead of the update from 10.04 to 12.04 (what i've done).
