I am sorry I may have confused the issue here a little bit.

We have an Ubuntu server that has a problem with the NIC hanging
occasionally. We ran the the command “apport-bug linux “ on this server
(that is not connected to the internet) but it caused the server to
hang.

So we tried to rerun this apport-bug command on a test box that is
connected to the internet and this where we ended up up-loading this
information.

Therefore my question is can we rerun this command on the server with
the bug and upload the diagnostic logs created manually.

Regards
Tarsem
