Following the advice here (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gthumb/+bug/533862), I'm creating this new bug report. >From times to times (sorry, I can't be more precise. Meaning that (damn!) it >is sometimes working...), trying to click on a picture icon, or using the >right click dropdown 'open with gthumb' from Thunar or PCManFM, in the hope >GThumb would open, lead to a fail : nothing appears, gthumb is not launched, and /var/log/kern.log tells me : gthumb[2849]: segfault at 74 ip 0032fc63 sp bf9f15d0 error 4 in libgio-2.0.so.0.3000.0[2fa000+142000] This single line clearly appears each time I try the action described above.
