Public bug reported:
1. Start feh in full-screen auto-zoom mode, i.e. feh -dZF [image]
2. Type <Down-arrow> to unzoom the image until it is much smaller than
the display size, and type <Control> with any <arrow-key> to move it.
Expected/actual result: The image can be moved either partially or
completely outside the display.
1. Re-start feh in full-screen auto-zoom mode with the same image, i.e.
feh -dZF [image]
2. Type <Down-arrow> to unzoom the image until it is much smaller than
the display size, and click-left-drag on the image to move it.
Expected result: The image should be movable partially or completely
outside the display in the same way as when using <Control> and <arrow-
key>
Actual result: The image can be moved but it cannot be moved any amount
outside the display.
