Memorytest says it's all ok. I think there was something wrong with the "updated" installation from 10.04 to 12.04. The system crashs several times with different processes. So this evening i burn the 12.04 ISO an a CD and started a complete new installation. After a first crash of the installer i had to restart the setup again but then it works properly. Until now it seems i can be happy again with linux :-) the 12.04 works now stable without the crashs i hade befor the new setup.
