Public bug reported:

To reproduce the bug:
Put some files in your USB stick
Delete some files (So this files were moved to .Trash1000)
And if I put some more files, there not show the dialog to empty the trash.
Also there is not a dialog to empty trahs in the options of the USB stick.
The only way to delete the files is to delete .Trash1000 folder, which is
hidden as deffault.
Obviusly new/normal users doesn't know that there is a folder with his own
files already deleted.
So, I propose two implementations:
When the USB stick is full and you are n ot allowed to copy some files, in the
sowhed dialog show the option to empty trash.
Also, show the option to empty trash in the rigth click options of the USB
stick.
