Thank you for your bug report, you should try to focus on describing an
issue rather than a solution though, i.e the problem you describe there
is that the ubuntu logo is not in the corner and harder to reach due to
that. It's a valid concern and there is several bugs open about similar
issues, I'm not convinced that having an option to "reverse" the
launcher is the right fix for that so I will put that bug as wontfix for
Ubuntu. You might want to look for discussions on the topic as well on
the unity-design list
