As described in <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PrimarySoundOutput> (linked to
from <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoundMenu>), the way to quickly change
from your home cinema speakers to your Bluetooth headphones should be to
turn on the headphones. And the way to switch back to your speakers
should be to turn off the headphones. Therefore, it doesn't need extra
UI. If that isn't happening, please reopen this bug and move it to the
pulseaudio package.
