This issue just started on my Dell Studio 1735 yesterday, running beta2 with all current update to 4-21-12. Kernel is Linux gary-Studio-1735 3.2.0-23-generic #36-Ubuntu SMP Tue Apr 10 20:39:51 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux. Every other time I close the lid to put the computer to sleep, than on resume is freezes at a black screen. It didn't happen with the last kernel, but no longer have it as I've been testing the daily builds of the iso.
