What happens:
other programs, especially kxineplayer, change the system volume.
What should happen:
the volume should stay at the level the user set
Steps to reproduce:
Open amarok, play a good song at a good volume, enjoy.
Open konqueror and click on an .ogg file, watch as the plugin turns your PCM
volume down.
