Public bug reported:

Recently I changed my Google password. I use Gnome-Online-Accounts to
manage access to my Google accounts for chat, calendar, email, contacts
and documents.

Upon boot today, I received a prompt that something needs attention with
my GOA Online Accounts, and was presented with an optional launch button
to open the GOA console. When I clicked it, the GOA console did not
open.

Since I am aware of bug 950352, I know to launch the GOA console either
through the Accounts... of Empathy or using "gnome-control-center
online-accounts" from the command line.

The account where I had reset my password has an expected message
"Expired Credentials. Please log in again." with a Login button.

Clicking the button launches the login process, where I can sign-in
using my credentials, and after successfully logging in I am asked by
Google to re-authorize the GNOME application with "Allow" or "Deny"
prompts. Clicking Allow, the window closes, except the status in the
GOA console does not change, and my Evolution client still reports an
authentication error on load.
