This occurs at 1440x900 resolution. See attached screenshot.

STR:

1) Launch update-manager
2) Maximise window
3) Close window
4) Launch update-manager. Observe window is not restored maximised and is too 
large to fit on the display screen.


Expected behavior: 

When opened, update-manager window is restored to previous geometry.
