This behaviour can't allow me to open a VPN channel using the applet
controls... :( It's very boring open a shell to type commands...
There is no relationship, in my opinion, between ip settings and vpn channels
so i don't understand why hiding vpn controls if i had to set a manual IP, i
should have the ability to open a vpn channel no matter if I set network
settings manually or not.
