Started to happen often again, so I killed all relevant processes, then
I unloaded and reloaded network interface module (e1000), then I started
again those processes again with --no-daemon and I logged their output.
Standard output of both NetworkManager and NetworkManagerDispatcher was
empty, standard error of NetworkManager is in attachment and standard
error of NetworkManagerDispatcher consisted of these two lines (always
divided with empty line):

** Message: <information> Device
/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/Devices/eth1 (eth1) is now going down.

** Message: <information> Device
/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/Devices/eth1 (eth1) is now going up.

** Attachment added: "Standard error output of NetworkManager --no-daemon"
