Started to happen often again, so I killed all relevant processes, then I unloaded and reloaded network interface module (e1000), then I started again those processes again with --no-daemon and I logged their output. Standard output of both NetworkManager and NetworkManagerDispatcher was empty, standard error of NetworkManager is in attachment and standard error of NetworkManagerDispatcher consisted of these two lines (always divided with empty line):
