http://www.bchemnet.com/suldr/ provides much more detailed (and better fitting) options than the common (X)Ubuntu printer driver. http://www.bchemnet.com/suldr/ is based on the original Samsung driver (as far as I know). I cannot remember the detailed results between using the Ubuntu -/bchemnet-driver, it is too long ago.
