the package have the problem.
# apt-cache policy openstack-dashboard
openstack-dashboard:
Installed: 2012.1-0ubuntu5
Candidate: 2012.1-0ubuntu5
Version table:

500 http://cn.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/universe amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
the edit instance drop down list not working. can not action to instance
like vnc and more.
the problem was cause by lack js.
cp -r /usr/share/pyshared/horizon/static/horizon /usr/share/openstack-
dashboard/openstack_dashboard/static/
retart apache2 and working.
