Steps to reproduce:
A) Set your launcher is to always visible
B) Open a window on any workspace and maximise it.
C) Activate "Expo" (Super+S)
D) See how the launcher is being drawn once in the "virtual workspace" and once
were it should be - outside the virtual workspaces area.
P.S. It' not exactly drawn in the virtual worskpace itself, but rather there is
reserved space for it.
