* Move /usr/lib/libqgis_*.so to libqgis1-dev (LP: #115935).
* Change B-D on libcurl3-openssl-dev to libcurl4-openssl-dev.
* debian/patches/qt4.3-configure-fix.dpatch:
- Patch configure to accept qt 4.3.
