Public bug reported:
Dropbox stays in the "downloading" state constantly (icon shows rotating
arrows, drop-down menu says it's downloading), but nothing ever happens.
I use a certain directory on my windows (NTFS) drive for both the
windows and the ubuntu dropbox.
