Oh, one more thing - there have been no other kernel oopses after that
one, and as mentioned in the initial bug report, it came from rmmod:ing
a wacom tablet kernel module (from sourceforge), and that is a one not
included in Ubuntu repositories.

(I tried an alternative one, hoping it would have support for a recent
wacom tablet, which was not recognized at all by Ubuntu, but that one
did not work either...).

In any case I don't consider this to be an Ubuntu bug, as this happened
with two 3rd party kernel modules present, one of them closed source,
and the other one obviously still not compatible with the tablet I had
connected at the time.

Ubuntu kernel by itself, with just fglrx present, has had no problems.
So, I would not oppose closing this bug..
