Public bug reported:

The current LV2 version of the "Triple band parametric with shelves"
plugin by Steve Harris (package version 0.4.15+1-6), has its frequency
parameters limited to a range of 0.0 - 0.490 Hz, which makes no sense.

The LADSPA version of the same plugin has the correct ranges between ~5
- 23500 Hz.

I've attached a screenshot of both versions of the plugin opened in
Ardour (v2.8.11).
