Thank you for your bug report, that doesn't seem a good idea though, it
would "breaks" habits and change the keybindings, users get used to
access to things at a position (i.e "my web browser is at the top of the
launcher and its key access is "1"), changing the order dynamically
would reduce reliability and efficiency and be confusing
