Out there are many support forums, i.e. web based forums (one among many, and focused to ubuntu, is http://ubuntuforums.org/ ), you can also ask in a non distro-specific web forum, in usenet, on irc... And from my experience almost every question one might have about Linux has been already asked, hence google is a friend too.
