Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. open rhythmbox
2. in the unity bar, click "lock to launcher"
3. play a song
4. click "close" which will minimize rhythmbox
5. bring it back by clicking in the unity bar
6. close again
7. it is now impossible to bring rhythmbox back, at all
