** Description changed:

  In 5.8.0-0ubuntu2, the backgrounds for the launcher icons for removable
  discs both obey the colour of the wallpaper and can be dragged out of
  their place to be reordered on the launcher. However, they no longer
  obey the wallpaper's colour when they are being dragged. This is
  unexpected.
  
  This is also the case with the BFB.
