Cheese doesn't work at all on my 12.04. Black screen on top, grayed out
menu on the bottom. No matter what webcam I use.
I take back C910 part of this bug, skype has the same behavior with the older
logitech webcam too.
I suspect this is because of this version of skype is beta.
I am not sure why skype beta version made it into the supposedly stable
now Ubuntu 12.04. Doesn't Debian package distro specifically test
packages for stability, and isn't supposed to let beta bersion into the
stable OS?
skype is a very important app to be broken in any way on Ubuntu.
